August 2000 and co-funded by Dongfeng Automobile Co.,
Ltd. and Tri-ring Group Company, the company occupies
an area of 10000 square meters and the building area
is 3500 square meters with perfect distribution system,
water supply and drainage facilities. The total assets
are RMB 25 million Yuan including fixed assets of RMB
11 million Yuan and registered capital of RMB 10 million
Yuan. |

company is devoted to the development and production
of automobile power driven window regulator system,
parking brake lever, sun roof and power seat slide system
that mainly match with products of Shenlong Automobile
Co., Ltd. and Fengshen Automobile Co., Ltd. At present,
it possesses three assembly lines that can produce 200,000
pieces annually, apply the computer to manage the whole
line, anti-error system and online check to the key
working procedure; it has complete stamping and welding
equipments that can manufacture all kinds of middle
and small sized stamping and welding components; it
owns perfect testing facilities including several special
equipments for comprehensive performance testing and
multipurpose check equipments that provide favorable
hardware for the company to produce high quality products. |

functional departments are subordinate to the company,
that is, Market Dept, Product Dept, Quality Dept, Manufacture
Dept and Comprehensive Dept. There are 100 employees
in the company among whom over 30 managers and engineering
technicians including one doctor, one master and over

system, has established documentation quality guarantee
system according to ISO9001 and EAQF94 Standards and
applied computer aided design, analysis, simulation,
testing and ERP management technology that shorten the
